Legal Update: Notice to Marilyn Gabriel

The Kwantlen Band Council has issued a legal notice to Marilyn Gabriel, to facilitate the transition of authority on reserve. Yesterday’s vote affirmed that the will of the Kwantlen people is that our customary laws, and the decisions of the November 27th Assembly must be respected.
